Boutique charm, beautifully decorated rooms, unique local art
Climbing steep stairs with heavy luggage is a workout!!! Shower water pressure needs improvement, and the design quirks in bathrooms could make privacy challenging. Parking is a headache, and I found the noise levels frustrating at times!!!

Aguamel Sintra caught my eye for its stellar location, just a stone's throw from the main attractions. I loved the spacious, clean room with modern decor. The breakfast? Absolutely amazing! Fresh breads, jams, and an excellent selection of fruits got my mornings off to a great start. Manuel's hospitality stood out. he went out of his way to assist with directions and made a breakfast arrangement for my early hiking trip. The gardens outside were lovely and perfect for relaxing. On the downside, the toilet in the room lacked privacy due to the frosted glass doors, which was less than ideal. Additionally, my room's low bed might pose a challenge for some guests. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall charm and service made my stay memorable.

Had a fantastic stay! The views from our room were fine, and breakfast offerings were solid, especially the fresh pastries. Only downside was the creaky floorboards, but it didn’t ruin the experience at all. Highly recommend this cozy spot!
